Its flexible blade supports cleaning, boning and filleting while helping to preserve delicate texture and flavour. The satin-finished 420J2 stainless steel blade provides corrosion resistance for use in wet environments and is tough and easy to re-sharpen. The durable glass-filled nylon handle features a rubberised overmould and exclusive K-Texture™ grip for a secure hold in slippery conditions. A blade protector is included for storage.
