Kershaw 7.5″ Narrow Fillet

The 7.5-inch Fillet is a versatile fillet knife suitable for preparing a wide variety of fish, including bass and smaller trout, as well as larger or smaller specimens when required. The 420J2 stainless steel blade offers excellent corrosion resistance for use in wet environments. The steel is tough and easy to resharpen, with a suitable degree of flex to assist with filleting and help preserve the texture and flavour of the fish. The durable glass-filled nylon handle features a rubberised overmould and K-Texture™ grip for a secure hold in slippery conditions. A blade protector is included for convenient storage.
