Kershaw 7.5″ Narrow Fillet

The 7.5-in. Fillet is one of the key fillet sizes that every angler will want to have ready. If you could only have one fillet knife, this is a versatile size capable of handling a wide variety of fish: well suited to bass and smaller trout but capable of dealing with larger or smaller specimens when required. The blade is razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel offering excellent corrosion resistance, important for use in wet environments. The steel is tough and easy to re-sharpen, and provides an appropriate degree of flex to simplify filleting and help preserve the delicate texture and flavour of the fish. The handle is glass-filled nylon for durability with a rubberised overmould and the exclusive K-Texture™ grip, which provides a secure hold even in slippery conditions. For easy storage, the 7.5-inch Fillet with K-Texture™ includes a blade protector.
