Kershaw 12″ Curved Fillet

The 12" Curved Fillet is designed for filleting larger fish and processing larger cuts of meat. It is suitable for most saltwater species and large freshwater fish, as well as outdoor and kitchen use. The curved 12-inch blade supports full-length cuts and a practical range of motion for clean, efficient preparation. Made from 420J2 stainless steel, the blade offers excellent corrosion resistance for use in wet environments. The steel is tough, straightforward to resharpen and provides an appropriate level of flex for filleting while helping to preserve texture and flavour. The durable glass-filled nylon handle features a rubberised overmould and K-Texture™ grip for a secure hold in slippery conditions. A plastic blade protector is included for storage.
