Kershaw 12″ Curved Fillet

The 12" Curved Fillet is designed to break down and fillet larger fish and to assist with processing larger cuts of meat. It performs well on most saltwater species and large freshwater fish, and is equally suited to outdoor and kitchen use. The curved blade length enables full-length cuts and provides the range of motion needed for clean, efficient work. The blade is razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance—important when working in wet environments. The steel is tough and straightforward to re-sharpen, and offers just the right amount of flex to make filleting easier while helping preserve the delicate flesh and flavour of the product. The handle is glass-filled nylon for durability and features a rubberized overmould with the exclusive K-Texture™ grip to ensure a secure hold in slippery conditions. For easy storage, the 12" Curved Fillet includes a blade protector.
