The KA-BAR BECKER SHORT DROP POINT is a compact fixed-blade field knife designed for practical outdoor cutting tasks. Its 4.375-inch drop-point blade is made from 1095 Cro-Van steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC and finished with a flat grind. At 0.165 inches thick and 1.25 inches wide, the blade provides a robust working profile while the 20-degree edge angle supports reliable, controlled cutting performance. Measuring 9.125 inches overall and weighing 0.4 lb, this modestly sized knife is well suited to belt or pack carry. Durable Ultramid® handles provide a secure working platform, and an additional set of brown handles is included for customisation. A MOLLE-compatible Cordura® sheath is also supplied, while optional BK16HNDL micarta handles are compatible with the BK16. The knife is manufactured in the United States, with the sheath manufactured in China.
