Description
The KA-BAR BACKPACK KASTER is a compact, American-made fishing system designed for easy packing on outdoor adventures. Manufactured from durable Ultramid® B3EG6, it measures 6.25 inches long and weighs only 0.25 lb. Its distinctive handle takes inspiration from KA-BAR’s iconic USMC utility knife and incorporates a hollow compartment for storing spare line and small lures. The Kaster comprises three main components, including a dedicated head for attaching fishing line and a plastic clamp that holds the line securely when the system is not in use. It accommodates up to 100 yards of 8 lb line with a 0.011-inch diameter or 90 yards of 10 lb line with a 0.012-inch diameter. Fishing line and lure are not included.
