Hanwei Practical Single-hand Sword

The Hanwei Practical Single-Hand Sword was specially designed for the reenactment enthusiast and is based on the Marshall sword, named after one of England's finest knights from the second half of the 12th century. Hanwei manufactures popular and affordable display pieces that are characterised by an authentic style. This beautiful presentation sword features a fully hardened, unsharpened 1065 carbon steel blade, designed to be durable and meet the safety standards of many of today's reenactment societies. Although the blades are sturdy, they are fluted to allow for a balanced weight and good manageability. The hand guard as well as the pommel are solidly crafted and not only offer protection but are also artfully crafted to match the style. The handle is made of leather-covered hardwood. The scabbard is made of durable fibreglass-reinforced resin with a wood finish for maximum ease of use. The belt rings of the scabbards can be adjusted to allow vertical or horizontal carrying.
