Description
The blade of the Controller 10" Fillet Knife is made from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, selected for its edge retention and corrosion resistance in wet conditions. Its full-tang construction provides added strength, while Gerber's HydroTread grip, finger choil and guide fins support secure hand placement and controlled handling during filleting. The ventilated sheath helps water drain and includes a built-in sharpener for blade maintenance.
