Cudeman Tonka Axe 166-C

This Cudeman axe combines traditional materials with modern tool steel in a compact design for campsite and woodcraft tasks. The 21 cm (8.25 in) satin-finished axe head has a clean cutting face and measures 5 mm thick and 12 cm across, providing a dependable balance of control and performance. The blade is made from Böhler N-695 stainless tool steel and heat-treated to 59/60 HRC for long service life and good corrosion resistance. The polished antler handle features a red spacer and satin A-304 stainless-steel ferrule, providing a tactile, natural grip and distinctive appearance. The head is secured with a stainless-steel Allen screw and an internal brass-threaded sleeve for a secure, serviceable assembly. A brown leather sheath is included for safe storage and transport. The axe weighs approximately 690 g, and the sheath weighs approximately 90 g. Suitable for campsite chores, preparing kindling and fine woodcraft where a compact, well-made axe is required.
