The Böhler N690Co steel, heat-treated to 60–61 HRC, delivers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance while remaining amenable to re-sharpening. Comfort and presentation are emphasised in the walnut satin handle, fitted with a red spacer and brass anchor/pivot for a refined look and secure construction. The 10 cm handle and 18 cm overall length give a balanced, controllable feel when open. A brown leather sheath (Ref. 605-C) is included for tidy storage; the knife weighs approximately 95 g and the sheath about 40 g.
