The 7 cm satin-finished blade features a parrot's‑beak (pico de loro) tip and a 2.8 mm blade thickness that delivers controlled slices and precise tip work. Crafted from Böhler N690Co stainless steel and hardened to 60–61 HRC, the blade offers excellent edge retention and reliable corrosion resistance for routine use and maintenance. The handle is polished walnut with a contrasting red spacer and steel pins, giving the knife a refined look and a secure grip in a small form factor (handle length 9.5 cm). A dependable back‑lock secures the blade in use and a lanyard pin accepts a cord for added retention options. Please note the brown leather sheath (Ref. 605-C) is not included and is available separately; the knife itself weighs approximately 80 g for a lightweight, pocket-friendly carry.
