Cudeman JJSK-1 Survival Knife w/Kydex Sheath

Designed in 2013 by Juan Jose Sánchez (founder and director of JJ Adventure), the Cudeman JJSK1 is a purpose-built fixed-blade survival knife that balances practical features with durable construction. The 12 cm satin-finish clip-point blade, ground in a vaciado profile, is 5 mm thick and fitted with spine jimping and a pronounced notch for easy firesteel strikes — providing controlled cutting and quick spark generation when needed. Böhler N-695 stainless steel hardened to 59–60 HRC delivers reliable edge retention and corrosion resistance for extended field use. The full-tang blade is matched to a 12 cm black Micarta handle with a red spacer, secured by stainless Allen fasteners and an internal brass threaded sleeve. The handle carries a glass-breaker pommel and ergonomic details for secure handling. Each knife comes with a custom-moulded black Kydex sheath, supplied with a Tek-Lok adapter, a firesteel holder and a ferrocerium firesteel. The Kydex is moulded per piece to ensure a precise fit (sheath not available separately), giving a stable, multi-position carry solution for practical outdoor tasks.
