The Cudeman fixed‑blade combines robust materials and practical features for a dependable utility knife. A 15 cm (6") hollow‑grind clip‑point blade in Böhler N‑695 stainless, hardened to 59/60 HRC and finished in satin, delivers strong edge retention and corrosion resistance while the 5 mm blade thickness stands up to heavy use. The full‑tang 27.5 cm overall construction ensures strength and stability under load. The handle uses satin‑finished black Micarta with a red spacer, secured with stainless Allen fasteners and internal brass threaded liners for long‑term reliability. Built‑in detail such as spine jimping and a lanyard pin improve grip and control. Practical features include a glass breaker, wire‑breaking capability and a bullet encapsulator. A black Kydex sheath with a Tek‑Lock adapter is included for secure, modular carry; knife weight is approximately 340 g with the sheath around 210 g.
