Cuda Professional Knives are designed for professional fishing and filleting tasks. The Cuda 18127 Titanium Non-Stick 9 in. Professional Fillet Knife features a titanium-bonded, non-stick USA 40A Carpenter Steel blade for edge retention and corrosion resistance. It has a Micarta handle, precision-ground flexible edge, full-tang stainless steel construction and a hard-moulded sheath, and is intended for filleting larger fish.
