Cold Steel Pendleton Lite Hunter

Over the years our Pendleton Hunters have become enormously popular, and while we believe they are reasonably priced, many customers asked for a more affordable Pendleton that suits a wider range of budgets. We collaborated with Lloyd to design a knife we call the Pendleton Lite Hunter. Its appearance closely matches the family style with a drop point blade, modest guard, hollowed bolster area and a flared butt to aid retention. The main changes are the use of more affordable German 4116 stainless steel and a polypropylene handle instead of Kraton. In testing it performed very well in field use: it proved capable for general outdoor and utility tasks, held a decent edge, was easy to sharpen, and proved robust and durable.
