Cold Steel Medieval Training Sword (Waister)

The Cold Steel Medieval Training Sword (Waister) is designed as a synthetic training aid for controlled practice, offering size, feel and heft similar to a traditional sword while using a dull polypropylene construction. Unlike wooden training swords, which can rot, crack, chip or splinter over time, this polypropylene design is low in price and impervious to the elements. Cold Steel Training Equipment is made from heavy-grade polypropylene and closely duplicates a traditional sword in length, size, weight and feel. While not quite as rigid as wood, it offers the advantages of being highly durable, remarkably stiff and cut resistant.
