With their robust, reinforced tips, elegantly curved cutting edges and stable one-piece construction, they offer unprecedented performance. Each blade has a flat-ground primary cutting edge and a secondary bevel with a chisel grind . Both have been finely ground by hand and are incredibly sharp. The ridge line between these two bevels (Yokote) forms an extremely effective tip. The strong full tang is lined with two GFN grips, ensuring a comfortable, secure hold.
