The kukri blade, with its markedly downward-curved profile, is a distinctive design with a long association with Nepalese heritage. The Cold Steel Gurkha Kukri was developed with input from Dr. Maung Gyi and refined by Cold Steel President Lynn C. Thompson to feature a longer, narrower point with increased distal tapering to the spine. This creates a slim, precise blade profile. A carefully contoured, deeply checkered Kraton handle provides a secure, comfortable grip and helps cushion the hand during use. Each Gurkha Kukri Plus in 4034 is supplied with a Secure-Ex sheath to help protect the blade and support safe storage and transport.
